Matt Roessing (B.A., Williams College; J.D., William & Mary) is an attorney and business consultant. Before moving to Georgia, Matt practiced in the Washington, D.C. office of a multinational law firm. Matt has advised a wide range of clients, from individuals to Fortune 500 companies. He has represented clients before various state and federal courts, in investigations by U.S. regulatory agencies, and in international arbitration.
Matt is an active member of the Georgia Bar. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia. He also teaches business law and real estate law at The University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.

Chuck Roessing’s career practicing and teaching health care law spans four decades. Currently Chuck teaches graduate health care law courses at Savannah’s Armstrong State University and DeSales University near Philadelphia. He is also an adjunct professor of law at Savannah Law School.
Prior to moving South, Chuck practiced health care law for over 32 years at a large Philadelphia law firm. Among his clients were three of Philadelphia’s academic hospital systems. Chuck earned an AV rating (highest ethical and practice rating) by Martindale Hubble and was peer-rated as a Pennsylvania Health Care Law SuperLawyer (top 5% of practitioners).
